If I order a product, how long will it take to receive it?

All clients review and grant final approval of the CD,DVD and online versions of their product before OASIS begins producing and shipping their product.   Once a client has given final approval of their product, we try to fill all orders within 48 hours of receiving final approval; however, in rare cases it may take longer due to order volume.

Once a client has given final approval of their online products, the online product is posted to this ecommerce store, and is available immediately on the receipt and account pages.   If a client has not given final approval of their CD,DVD and/or online products, we are not able to fulfill any CD,DVD and/or online product orders until we receive final approval from the respective client.   For the most accurate timeline, we recommend that you contact us to get an update on the status of your order.

What is ‘promo code’ and how do I get one?

A ‘promo code’ is a promotional code that is typically given to meeting attendees by the sponsoring organization.  If a sponsoring organization is offering a promotional discount on their products they will issue a ‘promo code’ to all eligible parties, which can then be applied at the point of purchase in the Event Archives ecommerce store.

My credit card was charged for an OASIS/Event Archives purchase, but I haven’t received my product yet – why?

The most likely reason you have yet to receive your product is because the product has yet to receive final approval from the client organization, and thus, can’t be released by Event Archives until receipt of final approval.   This is done to ensure that all of the data in a client’s archive is accurate as well as ensuring  that all archive customers receive the high quality, accurate archive product they paid for.

I accidentally purchased two of the same product, how do I get a refund for the duplicate purchase?

The presentation opens, but I can't hear any audio. What could be the problem?

First, make sure your speakers or headphones are connected and turned on, and then check to make sure the volume is turned up. If you've heard audio for this presentation before, you may need to rewind and press play to restart the presentation.

If you haven't heard audio before and you are viewing the archive from an office or company computer, make sure that your company IT department allows download and playback of MP3 files. This is achieved by placing restrictions on a Firewall or an administrative security feature on your computer. If you can hear some presentations but not others, please contact us to have the issue resolved.

The presentation opens, I can see the control bar but the slides won't load. What could be the problem?

If you are using Internet Explorer and your computer starts to run slow (you can tell when the cursor doesn't catch up with the mouse movement), your system resources may be running low due to a memory leak in the browser. This is a known issue with IE. To avoid this problem, do not open and close the popup window repeatedly. Instead, navigate back to the list page and chose another title. The popup will reload and come up again. If you need further assistance, please contact us for support.
